Anthem Blue Cross/ Blue Shield and OrthoNet
NHAPTA Headquarters has been flooded with concerns over Anthem's new relationship with Orthonet, a utilization review provider. We have opened a dialogue with Anthem to represent the concerns of all physical therapists. In order to make certain all issues are addressed, we need to hear from you. Good and bad stories, we can share with Anthem. Anthem has indicated they are open and committed to resolving issues.
Feel free to pass this on to all PT’s - members and non members, alike - so we can receive the most accurate information.
