With New Hampshire’s new Hub and Spoke model for delivering substance use disorder services, the state is updating our naloxone distribution model and offering a new overdose prevention training for providers who want to dispense naloxone.

It is the goal of The Doorway at Granite Pathways to continue the existing system of naloxone distribution and work with communities to enhance access and meet the needs of the community.

This training will have an emphasize on harm reduction as a philosophy and a framework of working with people, current drug trends, and pragmatic approaches to overdose prevention.
You will leave this training with an understanding of current drug trends, evidence-based interventions for drug use, overdose prevention, and how, with harm reduction, all drug-related death is preventable.

This event will be free and all attendees get a Naloxone kit.

This training will be offered by:
