2020 Regional Virtual Conference: Sponsors

This conference is a four state Physical Therapy chapter collaboration.  This collaboration allows us to offer more presentations and to register more attendees.

This conference will launch on November 7, 2020 with real time presentations.  The conference will be recorded and offered until January 31, 2021. We anticipate 400 plus attendees to participate in this conference.

Broadcast Sponsor Quantity: Cost: $2,000.00 This sponsorship will allow us to professionally broadcast (not Zoom) one of our real time sessions with a featured presenter. We will work with Jimmy McKay of PT Pintcast and his professional podcast broadcasting. This opportunity will get you a professionally looking commercial before, during and after the broadcasted lecture on Nov. 7. We are happy to share a sample of this broadcast. Event Sponsorship Quantity: Cost: $350.00 Your logo and a link to your website appears on our event website page. Logos will be available on the website through January 2021. Education Session Provider Quantity: Cost: $250.00 New and Unique... Your company is welcome to submit a 60 minute educational session. This session should be current, evidence based and within the PT scope of practice. Objectives and descriptions will be reviewed by the committee. This option will allow you to highlight your product or service during the session. Your logo and a link to your website will also appear on our event website page. Session Sponsor Quantity: Cost: $500.00 Sponsor provides a one-minute marketing ad shown prior to an education session. Session content can be matched to your intended marketing audience, if available. Includes logo and website link on our event website. Video ad is the responsibility of sponsor and must be approved, in advance, by conference committee.
